Day 33 September 6, 2010

Sunset at home
Glorious day.  Sun.  Cooler.  My yoga practice today was long and fortunately I am calmer.  All those years of work caught up with me somehow.  Working in the house, cooking breakfast, walking the dogs on the pasture nearby, being with David, working on photography, playing with felted wool, all grounded me.

Did you have a good day today?  I hope so.
