It is like putting money in the bank, to take such good care of yourself that you are willing to work hard for three hours a week to take care of your whole health. If you are depressed it will help with that. If you are inflexible it will help with that. If you are weak it will help with that. If you are tired of the noisy gym but still want to feel like you have spoken to many muscles that you've forgotten to speak to for a long while it will help with that. If you want to slow down the crazy pace of modern life and stop obsessing about your to do list it will help with that.
